RigorUp provides an AI-powered academic assessment and analytics platform for educational institutions, educators, students, and parents. You agree to: use the platform only for lawful educational purposes; provide accurate and complete information; and not misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform or any of its components.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Access to RigorUp is provided under a subscription or service agreement. Features may vary based on plan or institutional access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

All fees are governed by the agreed pricing plan. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Late or failed payments may result in the suspension of services.

All platform content, technology, and design are the intellectual property of Knoarc. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.

The platform processes academic data to generate insights. Users retain ownership of their data. Knoarc uses data only to improve platform functionality and deliver performance insights, and does not sell user data to third parties.

RigorUp provides insights to support academic decisions but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Knoarc is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, all access rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction. For GCC users, applicable regional regulations may apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date on this page.
